Edgewater library to host 'New Moon'
event Nov. 19
Teenagers are invited to celebrate their excitement
for everything “New Moon” from 5 - 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, at the
Edgewater Public Library. “New Moon” is the second novel in Stephanie
Meyer’s “Twilight” series, which has teens around the world hooked on
reading. The movie will be released in theaters Nov. 20.
The library staff will offer games, crafts, prizes and
snacks relating to “New Moon.” Fans can bring a camera and have their
picture taken with a life-sized cardboard cut-out of character Edward
Cullen. Participants must be at least 13. Pre-registration is required
and may be made by calling the library at (386) 424-2916.
The Edgewater Public Library is open Monday through
Saturday at 103 Indian River Blvd.
