Well, you can
try living without the services provided by
Public Works, but it won't be much fun! From road repair to garbage
collection, mosquito control, traffic management and more, this
department touches many facets of our daily lives. We'll
spend two days, one on each side of the County, taking a closer
look at these activities. |

Directions:
The DeLand Road and Bridge Barn is about three miles from the
TCK Administration Center, driving west on State Road 44. You'll
know you are getting close when you drive past 84 Lumber on the
left. You will then go over a bridge and turn left onto the road at
the fire station.

Water Resources and Utilities
12 noon -
Lunch
1 p.m. - Tour by bus of Public
Works' projects in West Volusia
4:30-5 p.m.
- Return to Road
and Bridge facility and adjourn
