Joshua J. Wagner represents District 2 on the Volusia County Council. He took office in January 2009. District 2 includes South Daytona, Daytona Beach Shores, Wilbur-by-the-Sea and Ponce Inlet. It also includes parts of Daytona Beach, Port Orange and unincorporated Volusia County.

Education
Mr. Wagner is a graduate of Spruce Creek High School in Port Orange. He received his Associate of Arts from Daytona Beach Community College. He then attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Science in advertising. Mr. Wagner then attended the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida and obtained his law degree.
Employment
Mr. Wagner is a local business owner. He is a partner at the law firm of Bundza, Wagner and Rodriguez, PA. Before starting his practice, he was an assistant state attorney for the Office of State Attorney John Tanner.
Personal
Mr. Wagner, along with his fiancé Jennifer Hall, are fifth generation Volusia County residents. They reside in a 1930's beachside home a few blocks south of Dunlawton Avenue in an unincorporated area of Volusia County.
