FOLLOW UP TO ARMED ROBBERY IN ORANGE CITY HOME

The Volusia County Sheriff’s Office released composite sketches on Friday of two out of four men wanted for the armed robbery of an Orange City home late Monday night.  Also, an eyewitness was able to provide a short description of the vehicle used by the suspects: a small dark-colored sports car.

The four suspects smashed through a sliding glass door; ransacked several rooms in the house; and stole cash, jewelry and a video game system.  The composite sketch of the man with a hat is the suspect who was armed with a handgun, according to the victims.  The other sketch depicts the man responsible for accosting the wife throughout the ordeal.
