VOLUSIA COUNTY FIRE SERVICES SENDS 10 SEARCH AND RESCUE MEMBERS TO ASSIST IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY

Volusia County Fire Services will be sending 10 members of the county's Urban Search and Rescue Team to Hillsborough County Friday, April 15, to assist the Sheriff's Office with grid searching for clues or evidence in the case of the missing 13 year old.

The members are: Lt. Arleen Redmond, Lt. Shannon Prachniak, Lt. Tom McDonough, firefighter/paramedic John Rudnicki, Dan Bauder, and Mark Nordquist, firefighter/emergency technician Merlin Stephenson and Mike McMillen (all from Volusia County Fire Services), Beach Patrol officer Tami Marris, and Corrections officer Mark Hare.

According to Volusia County Fire Services Deputy Chief Kathy Weaver, the 10 members will assist with search efforts and are expected to return home late Saturday.
