VOLUSIA COUNTY’S PET VET CRUISER IS COMING TO A LOCATION NEAR YOU

Residents in unincorporated Volusia County can schedule an appointment for their pet to be spayed or neutered on the Pet Vet Cruiser. The Pet Vet Cruiser is Volusia County’s state-of-the-art mobile clinic, which offers free and low-cost spaying and neutering for pets. Residents can catch the Pet Vet Cruiser around the county May 5 - 9 at the following locations:

  • Monday, May 5: Rocking Ranch, 801 S. Nova Road, Ormond Beach.
  • Tuesday, May 6: Volusia County Fire Station 23, 1850 Pioneer Trail, New Smyrna Beach.
  • Wednesday, May 7: Oak Hill Flea Market, 351 U.S. 1, Oak Hill.
  • Thursday, May 8: Oakbrook Professional Center, corner of Plymouth Avenue and Spring Garden (S.R. 15A), DeLand.
  • Friday, May 9: Volusia County Fire Station, corner of S.R. 17-92 and Holly Street, Orange City.

This program is based on income and has a sliding fee scale. Residents seeking free or low-cost pet spaying and neutering must provide proof of income to qualify.

Appointments for service are required and can be made from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday - Friday. Walk-ins are not accepted.
