Community Information SpecialistDVD LEARNING SERIES TO ADDRESS CHANGING CLIMATE
The Friends of the New Smyrna Beach Regional Library will sponsor a six-week DVD learning series titled “Earth’s Changing Climate.”
Each one-hour session will begin at 2 p.m. in the library’s auditorium. Presentations will be on June 4, 11, 18 and 25; and July 2 and 16.
The DVD series, produced by The Teaching Co. in 2007, features Richard Wolfson, a professor of physics at Middlebary College. He discusses the science of climate change and presents evidence on global climate change and its causes.
The series is free and open to the public.
