Pet Vet Cruiser
announces July locations
Volusia County’s Pet Vet Cruiser offers free and
low-cost spaying and neutering for pets. Residents of unincorporated
Volusia County can catch the Pet Vet Cruiser, by appointment, around the
county in July at these locations:
- July 1, 6, 14 and 24: DeLeon Springs United
Methodist Church, 265 Ponce DeLeon Blvd., DeLeon Springs
- July 2, 9, 17, 22 and 27: Rockin’ Ranch, 801 S.
Nova Road, Ormond Beach
- July 7, 21 and 29: Volusia County Fire Station
23, 1850 Pioneer Trail, New Smyrna Beach
- July 8, 13, 23 and 31: Volusia County Fire
Station 31, 1970 S. Volusia Ave., Orange City
- July 10, 16, 20 and 28: Oakbrook Professional
Center, 931 N. Spring Garden Ave., DeLand
- July 15: Oak Hill Flea Market, 351 U.S. 1, Oak
Hill
The Pet Vet Cruiser’s spay-and-neuter program is
based on income and has a sliding-fee scale. Residents seeking free or
low-cost pet spaying and neutering must provide proof of income to
qualify.
Appointments are available from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Walk-ins are not accepted.
