L.B. Knox Bridge reopens

The L.B. Knox Bridge was reopened at 4 p.m. Friday, June 19, following repairs by Volusia County’s Road and Bridge Division.
The bridge, which crosses the Halifax River north of Ormond Beach, was closed June 6 after it was struck by lightning and experienced a system malfunction.
