MURDER SUSPECT ARRESTED IN SANFORD  

David Wright, Jr., the suspect in the Dec. 5^th homicide in the parking lot of a service station in Osteen, has been arrested. Acting on information developed by the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office, Seminole deputies responded to the Seminole Garden Apartments in Sanford Friday morning and located Wright inside one of the units. Wright was taken into custody without incident at approximately 8:45 a.m. on a warrant obtained by Volusia County Sheriff’s investigators on Dec. 6^th charging Wright with 1^st-degree murder. He’s charged with the shooting death of 24-year-old Christopher Joseph Mclellan.

Wright will be booked into the John E. Polk Correctional Facility in Sanford until he can be returned to Volusia County . Here are the links to the previous news releases regarding this case:
