We're getting close to the end of Citizens Academy 2009. Please keep the following dates in mind.

Nov. 3:  No Citizens Academy class
Nov. 10:
Day 11, the Sheriff's Office, and the last day to finish your shadowing assignment
Nov. 17: Mock County Council meeting, followed by our final class lunch
Dec. 10: Class breakfast, followed by graduation at the County Council meeting

is part of Art In Public Places (AIPP). This ordinance requires
half of 1% to 1% of
County building construction costs
be used to acquire artwork for permanent display.
