Community Assistance is composed of four service activities:
	Housing Down payment assistance and housing rehabilitation programs.
	Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8) Rental assistance program.
	Human Services Dental referrals, emergency services, Health Care Responsibility Act Program, indigent burial, Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program and Summer Food Services Program.
	Grants Administration Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant Program (ESG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), State Housing Initiatives Program (SHIP), Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Children and Family Advisory Board (CFAB).
