Homebuyer Assistance
Affordable Housing Partner
Assistance is provided in the form of a zero interest loan that must be repaid over a term not to exceed 30 years. The amount of the loan and/or the term length is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the cost of the project and the age of the homeowner.

Homebuyer Assistance
| New Homes | Provides funds
for down payment and closing costs toward the purchase of a
newly constructed home. |
| Existing Homes | Provides funds for down payment and closing cost toward the purchase of an existing home. These homes must also pass an HQS inspection. |
Assistance is provided for gap financing and closing costs in the form of a 30-year soft second mortgage.
