Education
Kelly is a graduate of DeLand High School and
attended Stetson University.
Employment
Kelly has been a successful businessman for more
than 30 years and spent more than 20 years working in the accounting
profession. His professional business and accounting skills come naturally
as his family consist of CPAs, accountants and financial advisers. He
owned and operated a group home for developmentally disabled adults for
more than 12 years. In 2006, he sold a septic business that he had
operated for eight years.
Personal
Kelly is a lifelong resident of Volusia County. He
and his wife, Missy, have six children – Shannon (Mrs. Drew Kemp),
Michael, Kelsey, Rock, Kyle and Kristina. They have two granddaughters,
Sara and Brooklyn.
