District 4 includes Ormond
Beach, Ormond by-the Sea, Holly Hill, the
area west of Clyde Morris
Boulevard in Daytona Beach, and all of the
unincorporated area north of
Daytona Beach.

Personal
He grew up in the Daytona Beach area and is married
to Susan Persis, principal of Indian River Elementary School in Edgewater.
They have two grown children, Karen and Clark, and live in Ormond Beach.
