From I-4: Travel east to II-95. Travel south on I-95 to the SR-421 exit (#256) toward Port Orange. Take the Taylor Road ramp toward Port Orange/Daytona Beach Shores. Merge on to FL-421 East. FL-421 E becomes FL-A1A N / Dunlawton Avenue. Turn right onto S. Atlantic Avenue / CR-4075 and travel to Ponce Inlet. Turn right onto Harbour Village Boulevard. Turn left onto S. Peninsula Drive. Turn left onto Lighthouse Drive.

From Daytona Beach: Travel south on S. Atlantic Avenue / CR-4075 into Ponce Inlet. Turn right onto Harbour Village Boulevard. Turn left onto S. Peninsula Drive. Turn left onto Lighthouse Drive.
