I-95 TRAFFIC TO BE REROUTED

The Florida Highway Patrol has announced that, beginning 12:01AM Thursday, July 2, 1998, they will begin rerouting I-95 traffic, north and southbound, around areas affected by the recent wildfires.

I-95 northbound will be closed at State Road 528 (The Beeline Expressway) in Brevard County. Northbound motorists will be asked to follow State Road 528, west to the Florida Turnpike.

I-95 southbound will be closed at I-295 in Duval County. Southbound motorists will be asked to follow I-295 to I-10 West, where they may continue westbound to Route 301, I-75 or any other north south access.
