Citizen’s Academy
More than 20 citizens spent part of November 23 at Volusia County Fire Services Fire Science Institute as part of the hands-on, informative Volusia County Citizen’s Academy. The Citizen’s Academy exposes its participants to the inner workings of all areas of county government. Participants are selected through an interview process and meet once a week for 12 weeks.
