Osteen House Fire
This house was declared a total loss as the result of a fire that started due to a faulty clothes dryer. Because the house was located in a rural section of the county, access to water to combat the fire was an issue so three Volusia County Fire Services tankers were used to bring in water. Stations 12, 33, 35, and 36 responded along with mutual aid received from the Deltona Fire Department.
