Firefighter presented with medal of valor
Phil Brennan's valiant actions demonstrated last year as he rescued a victim of a rip current off the shore of New Smyrna Beach, have earned him a Fire Services Silver Medal of Valor. Phil was honored in Council Chambers with family, friends and co-workers present during the ceremony.
