Item 03 - CPA-08-2-3 Krol Tract
Amend the Future Land Use Map fro
m Environmental Systems Corridor, Forestry Resource, Rural and Agricultural Resource to Conservation for approximately 673 acres located on the west side of Tomoka Farms Road, adjacent to the intersection with H.L. Ainsley Drive.
Original Staff Report.
This amendment was approved for transmittal by the County Council on August 7, 2008 and transmitted to the Department of Community Affairs (DCA) on August 12, 2008.
(Includes Response to DCA’s Objections, Recommendations and Comments Report)
DCA reviewed the amendment as presented in the original staff report and had no objections. The County proceeded to adopt the amendment as originally presented.
