The Ocean Center has added high-speed Internet access to the long list of services we provide. With the installation of our T-1 line (fractional) we have become our own Internet Service Provider, making us able to provide high speed Internet access most anywhere in the building. From the arena floor to the Atlantic Rooms we have made it possible for you to be online with a lightning fast connection. All you need is a laptop or desktop PC with an Ethernet network card (NIC) and we provide the rest.

Audio/visual and telephone technology
Using a Cisco technology called “Long Reach Ethernet,” the Ocean Center system converts the network signal to a high-frequency signal over the existing phone network, giving speed, security and flexibility. When the high speed connection is set up, patrons will notice a unique little grey box near your booth or event area. Simply use the Ethernet network cable from this grey box to connect computers to the Internet. Our high-speed system is perfect for keeping in touch with the office through e-mail, streaming live video and/or showing off a company’s web site.
