Volusia Magazine

There’s little argument these are tough economic times for many people in our community. As a result, more people are turning to county government for short-term emergency assistance.

This week, Volusia Magazine, the county’s weekly public information television program, focuses on the county’s social services. The in-depth interview guest is Library Director Lucinda Colee. The 30-minute program also includes the latest actions of the Volusia County Council.

Volusia Magazine airs Sunday (May 4) at 5 p.m. and repeats Monday (May 5) at 7:30 p.m. on DBCC-TV15. To watch Channel 15, turn your television to UHF channel 15 or consult your cable television listings. All cable television stations in Volusia County carry DBCC TV-15.

Volusia Today is a public information radio program brought to you by Volusia County Government. Volusia Today airs Tuesdays at 8:30 a.m. on  WNDB 1140 AM in Daytona Beach. It is rebroadcast Sundays at 5 a.m. on WKRO 93.1 FM and WVYB 103.3 FM and at 6:30 a.m. on WHOG 95.7 FM.
