Requirements

1. Subdivisions
a. (non-exempt) dated 1980 and forward.
Sealed survey no greater than five (5) years old or property owner may
sign an affidavit that no additional encumbrances or easements have been
recorded on the property since the date of the survey.
b. (non-exempt) dated prior to 1980.
Sealed survey no older than five (5) years old or an affidavit signed by
an attorney or title company stating that no additional encumbrances or
easements have been recorded on the property since the date of the survey.
2. Exempt Subdivisions
Sealed survey no older that five (5) years
or an affidavit signed by an attorney or title company stating that no
additional encumbrances or easements have been recorded on the property
since the date of the survey.
3. Metes and Bounds Parcels
Sealed survey no older than five (5) years
or an affidavit signed by an attorney or title company stating that no
additional encumbrances or easements have been recorded on the property
since the date of the survey.
