Mission: The mission of Purchasing and Contracts is to provide for fair and equitable treatment of all persons involved in public purchasing by the County, to maximize the purchasing value of public funds in procurement, and to provide safeguards for maintaining a procurement system of quality and integrity.

NOTICE TO VENDORS: Effective Friday, 10/02/09, we will no longer send postcards to vendors to notify them of open bids.  Any vendors who want to be aware of available solicitations must check our Open Bids web page until the e-mail notification section of our new Vendor Self Service program is implemented.  Any vendor who does NOT activate an existing account OR register their company as a new vendor (including submission of TIN form) will NOT RECEIVE E-MAIL NOTIFICATIONS.

Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) form  (Substitute for W-9)
Must be completed and submitted as part of VSS registration.
