Recycling drop-off sites

Recycling drop-off centers are located throughout the county at county fire stations and solid waste management facilities. Residents may recycle their used motor oil in the white "igloo" drop-off containers. 

Dual-Sort recycling toters are located here, too.

Residents may recycle mixed paper such as:

  • Newspapers
  • Magazine
  • Junk mail
  • Phone books
  • Mixed office paper
  • Cardboard (please cut or flatten to 4’ x 4’ pieces)

In the co-mingled toters, residents may recycle:

  • Steel and aluminum cans
  • Glass bottles and
  • Plastic containers coded 1-7
