COMPOSITE SKETCH OF
DELTONA FLASHER
RELEASED
Volusia
County Sheriff’s
investigators
released a composite
sketch Monday of a
man who may have
exposed himself four
times to young girls
in Deltona.
Investigators are
asking anyone who
recognizes this man
to contact law
enforcement.
Additionally,
residents are asked
to be observant for
suspicious black
pickup trucks, write
down the tag number
and report it right
away.
In all four flashing
incidents, the
suspect targeted
girls between the
ages of 7-12 in the
late afternoon,
between 5:25 p.m.
and 6:27 p.m. The
first three
occasions were on
Jan. 6, Jan. 8 and
Feb. 9, and
consisted of a man
stopping his black
pickup truck near
the victims, opening
a door and exposing
himself. In at least
two of those
instances, the man
wasn’t wearing
pants. He then
closed his door and
drove away. The
fourth incident was
on March 12, during
which the suspect
once again drove a
black truck, but
this time he didn’t
open his door. He
instead thrust is
pelvic area up to
expose his penis
before driving away.
“We hope this
composite sketch
jogs someone’s
memory and helps us
catch the suspect
before he victimizes
anyone else,” said
Investigator A.J.
Pagliari. During the
March incident, the
suspect was wearing
faded blue jean
shorts, a grey shirt
and sunglasses. The
black truck may have
been a 2005 Ford
F-150, or something
similar, with an
extended cab.
