Citizen's Information Center (CIC) provides emergency information

Photo of the Citizen's Information Center (CIC)During an emergency, the Citizen's Information Center (CIC) will provide information ranging from evacuation procedures to shelter status. Operators will be available to help callers with specific concerns. The CIC provides emergency information without tying up emergency telephone lines or causing callers to wait for information. The CIC hotline is activated only during a disaster. The hotline telephone number is (866) 345-0345
