Troy Kent

Troy Kent is the District 4 representative on the Volusia County Council. His district includes Ormond Beach, Ormond-by-the-Sea, Holly Hill, the western half of Daytona Beach, and portions of DeLand and DeLeon Springs (east of County Road 11 and Marsh Road). He began a two-year term in January 2023.

Mr. Kent is a husband, father and grandfather. He is a third generation Volusia County resident. He and his wife, Heather, live in Ormond Beach where they have raised their three children and enjoy boating, fishing, tennis, traveling and making memories as a family.
