The Volusia County Permit and Code Concierge Service provides residents and business owners personalized service and a dedicated liaison to assist with their permitting and code needs. Navigating those processes can be cumbersome for those who don’t do it on a regular basis, but our Concierge Liaisons are here to assist with identifying the most efficient path, directly interacting with other County departments, and achieving an optimal outcome.
Serving as a single point of contact, Concierge Liaisons will help private parties and commercial entities interested in developing, expanding, or modifying property in unincorporated areas of Volusia County and those seeking assistance with permitting, code requirements, and a variety of other County services and processes, including:
