Registration is Now Open

Registration is now open for Volusia County residents to receive permits for complimentary beach driving and off-beach parking! Non-residents can also purchase their annual passes. Coastal Mission

Manage, maintain and improve coastal parks, beach access and coastal recreational facilities for the quality-of-life benefit of residents and visitors.


Port Mission

To serve as the local sponsor for the federal channel project at Ponce de Leon Inlet and as a coastal project fund supporting public waterway and coastal facility improvements as directed by the Volusia County Council.


Office Location

The Coastal Division administrative offices are on the third floor of the Volusia County Beach Safety Ocean Rescue headquarters building, 515 S. Atlantic Ave., Daytona Beach.
