Mapping and Addressing
The Mapping and Addressing Activity plays a crucial role in supporting various functions related to the Volusia County Zoning Ordinance, Comprehensive Plan, and Land Development Code. As part of the Growth and Resource Management Department, this office is responsible for managing 911 addressing for Volusia County. This involves assigning addresses and approving new street names, ensuring an organized and efficient system for emergency services and property identification. The department's activities contribute to the overall planning and development processes within the county.
TO APPLY FOR AN ADDRESS at your parcel, please use our online portal called Volusia County Connect Live, at the following link:

At the top of the page, in the middle, click “Addressing”.

Continue to apply for an address or verification of your address.

Search by parcel number and make sure to select the parcel to continue.
Plans might be required. If you have nothing to attach, skip this step.
